One of the UK’s leading sport and entertainment venues the Rose Bowl, home of Hampshire Cricket, is seeking to recruit a Head of Sales to join the senior management team.
With the first stage of a £48m development plan nearing completion and with the recent awarding of international one day and test match cricket, the Rose Bowl is looking to build a best in class sales organisation to complement the state of the art facility.
The Head of Sales will be responsible for building the sales team, developing an organisation wide sales ethos and implementing robust processes that enable the Rose Bowl to stand out from the crowd.
Reporting to the Managing Director you will have a track record of success in building a sales team and extensive experience in selling tickets and hospitality in a sporting or events business.
Customer centric and highly motivated you will also have clearly delivered projects from start to finish.
Areas of accountability will include:
§ International & Domestic match hospitality
§ International & Domestic match tickets
§ Membership Sales
§ Non Match Day Conference & Banqueting
As the Head of Sales you will be a highly motivated and proactive senior manager with impeccable attention to detail.
A team leader with a target driven focus, you will pride yourself on taking projects from creation to delivery and exceeding expectations.
