Hatton Boxing, a boxing training, education and equipment brand, has partnered with Premier Gym to pilot an in-gym Hatton Boxing Zone.
It’s the first time that the set-up has been introduced to a facility outside of Hatton Health & Fitness, the brand’s own gym launched by four-time World Champion Ricky Hatton.
The custom-branded studio space at Premier Gym in Coalville, Leicestershire, has been installed with bags, pads and gloves from Hatton Boxing’s ‘Pride in Battle’ equipment range and will support the gym’s group exercise provision with the delivery of new ‘boxing for fitness’ sessions.
All Premier Gym staff will be trained through the Hatton Academy, a multi-level ‘boxing for fitness’ programme and the only one to be accredited by both REPs and the British Boxing Board of Control.

Official Hatton Boxing equipment, accessories and clothing are also available to buy in-club.
Rob Thurston, director of Premier Gym, said: “We’re always looking at new ways to keep our members engaged and boxing is one of the toughest workouts and a great way to get fit, so the opportunity to collaborate with Hatton Boxing was one that we were keen to explore.
“The quality of the equipment and the training delivered by Hatton Academy is second-to-none and the new training zone is a fantastic addition to Premier Gym.”
Jon Eade, managing director of Hatton Boxing, said: “Boxing for fitness is growing in popularity and it’s a great way for gyms to offer their members something different, in a market that is more competitive than ever.
“Hatton Boxing Zones provide facilities with a complete training solution, supporting staff in the delivery of group and one-on-one sessions and with the flexibility for members to use the equipment for their own workouts. The partnership with Premier Gym is a great first step as we look to launch the package to the wider gym market.”
