British boxer David Haye has struck an exclusive TV rights deal with Setanta Sports covering his next four fights.

During the terms of the four-fight deal, which runs from 1st September this year to 31st December 2009, Setanta Sports subscribers will be able to see Haye’s first fight since his world cruiserweight unification title win against Enzo Maccarinelli in March.

Setanta announced that during the four-fight deal, Haye, the undisputed world cruiserweight champion, could potentially fight Wladimir Klitschko for the world heavyweight championship in 2009.

The next four David Haye fights will include two fights against a top 10-ranked heavyweight opponent – one later this year and one in early 2009 – plus a world title bout against a reigning heavyweight world champion in the middle of 2009, and, a potential world title defence if Haye wins the world title.
