Heavyweight Sport, a sports marketing and PR agency, is launching Pound-For-Pound, a content production division.

The agency, whose clients include Sky Bet, 188Bet, BetVictor, William Hill, Skins Sportswear, and Cage Warriors said it identified a need to further expand on their content creation and output.

Pound-For-Pound will operate as an in-house creative studio, focusing on digital content and video production. The output of this division, which has already serviced clients including Sky Bet, Sporting Life and Paddy Power will be headed by BAFTA and Rose d’Or award winning producer Myles Jenkins [pictured above] whose TV credits include The Crystal Maze, The Clare Balding Show, Off Their Rockers, Comic Relief, The Friday Night Project and Banzai.

Jenkins is also the creator and producer of Pepsi Max’s ‘Human Loop-the-Loop’, which was one of the ten most watched brand films on YouTube UK in 2014 gaining over 20 million hits in its first two months, as well as Pepsi’s ‘Unbelievable Bus Shelter’.

Director and founder of Heavyweight Sport Adam Roland said: “We’ve been working with Myles and creating numerous multi-platform content pieces for several years now, so it was a natural step forward for us to launch a bespoke content division. We are delighted Myles, with all his experience in producing comedy and factual content, agreed to lead this exciting new area of the business.”

Myles Jenkins said: “Our work to date has been devising and producing engaging and original content that not only drives views but also causes a reaction in the media. It’s an exciting time for content generation and a great opportunity for brands and businesses alike to engage and speak with their audiences in an innovative conversation.”
