Fitness food brand Fit HQ has announced a partnership with the Human Race to provide amateur athletes taking part in the event with a range of healthy food.

Fit HQ was created to help improve the performance of those participating in sport, by creating flavoursome and nutritionally aligned meals for “those who don’t always have the time in their schedule to prepare them,” according to the brand. The company’s website offers a range of meal options to order online, which can be delivered in time for any Human Race event.

The team at Fit HQ supply professional athletes such as Alex Lewington and Guy Learmonth, along with thousands of amateurs who want to improve their level of performance.

Nick Rusling, CEO of Human Race said: “When it comes to sport we know our participants demand the best. They take care choosing the finest trainers, bikes and wetsuits, so it makes sense that they would choose a quality meal to improve their performance too. We’re working with Fit HQ as we feel they offer something that will genuinely improve the performance of our participants, and having tasted some of the meals myself I can also vouch for their flavour.”

As well as offering a convenient delivery service, Fit HQ also plan to attend a number of Human Race Events, starting with the Trick or Treat Run on Sunday 30th October.
