IMG has appointed former BT Sport Head of Football Stephen Cook as Director of Content.
Cook will head up IMG Productions’ creative strategy and take a role on new business pitches for the company, while working alongside senior production executives on Premier League Productions and the European Tour. He will also support the company’s rights and distribution operations with the aim of driving revenue to all sides of IMG Media.

Previously, Cook was at ESPN, where he spent three years in the role of Executive Producer, working across the broadcaster’s football portfolio, including the 2010 FIFA World Cup and Premier League content for ESPN USA as well as also consulting for the group at the 2014 FIFA World Cup. Prior to that he was Executive Producer with both Setanta Sports and production company Sunset+Vine.
