Adidas golfers at THE PLAYERS Championship will wear apparel and footwear made from what the company is calling ‘upcycled’ plastic waste, in a golfing first.
The brand says that the sustainable collection is made from its new PRIMEBLUE material, a range made in part with Parley Ocean Plastic
The golf collection will be more publicly available beyond the professionals who will wear it at TPC Sawgrass, and will feature two polo shirts and shorts for men, as well as a sleeveless polo and skort for women.

Waste management company Powerday has partnered with GB Boxing.
The agreement coincides with the Boxing Road to Tokyo Olympic Qualifier, which will take place at London’s Copper Box Arena from 14th to 24th March.
The agreement complements the brand’s long-standing presence in the sport, which has seen it contribute more than £14 million to London-based boxing clubs and grassroots projects over the past five years.
