EA SPORTS has signed a new expanded multiyear agreement with UEFA which will see the UEFA Champions League remain on the FIFA series of games.

The new license extension gives the EA SPORTS FIFA series exclusive rights to UEFA Champions League, as well as the UEFA Europa League and UEFA Super Cup. 

The partnership will also seek to help grow the eChampions League, part of the EA SPORTS FIFA Global Series competitive gaming program.


Erve Europe and video game developer Psyonix have partnered to create a new collection of Rocket League apparel, in a deal brokered by IMG.

Launching in summer 2021, the new Rocket League-branded line will include t-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, jackets, nightwear, socks, and accessories. It will also feature designs inspired by the game’s most loved cars and arcade-style football concept. 


Chelsea have partnered with digital inventory management platform Horizm as they look to expand the monetisation of their digital channels.

The Premier League side will use Horizm’s AI-powered platform to manage and sell digital inventory, having looked to increase its short-term partnership offering for brands in recent months, following deals with Duracell and toy brand NERF.


Irish wellness provider Revive Active has appointed London based creative agency Kemosabe for the UK launch of its new supplement range, Zest Active.

Kemosabe won a competitive pitch to work with Revive, which offers nine products tailored to different stages of life. The creative agency’s campaign will roll out in February across digital, social, search, influencers, and CRM.


Vitality Netball Superleague side Saracens Mavericks have announced Clarity Travel as their Official Travel Partner.

The partnership will see Clarity Sports provide team and business travel, facilitating the travel logistics for the team’s Vitality Superleague matches, ahead of the 2021 season, which will begin on 12th February behind closed doors in Wakefield.

The deal brings the Mavericks in line with Saracens men’s and women’s rugby union sides in partnering with Clarity Sports, and will mark the travel company’s first step into the world of netball. 


LaLiga has announced a new deal with LiveScore which will see the real-time updates app and streaming service broadcast matches from the Spanish second division in the UK and Ireland.

For the remainder of the regular season, at least three specially selected LaLiga SmartBank matches per round will be exclusively streamed through LiveScore. 

The move takes live Spanish football onto the app, with Italian Serie A, Dutch Eredivisie and Portuguese Liga Nos fixtures already broadcast on the platform.
