FIFA has announced the launch of a new legal portal to provide stakeholders with direct access to documents around FIFA’s legal and compliance activities.
World football’s governing body says it seeks to guarantee the right of all parties to obtain fundamental information that can be used in the framework of its procedures. The service will cover decisions from FIFA’s Disciplinary and Appeal Committees, its Ethics Committee and non-confidential CAS rulings to which FIFA is a party.
The LTA has appointed legal practice Brabners to provide legal and tax services to the organisation and its members.
The national governing body for tennis in Britain says that the deal will see Brabners offer free legal and tax advisory to more than 2,600 tennis venues, 38 county associations and almost 6,000 licensed or accredited coaches.
