England Hockey and Harlequins have confirmed that ‘Hockey’s Big Weekend’ will return to The Stoop in 2020.
The tournament, which sees Argentina’s men’s and women’s teams compete against Great Britain over two days, will be staged once again at the home of Harlequins in May 2020.
The competition will also feature the return of the blue pitch at The Stoop, where Great Britain Hockey had previously used drop-in technology to install a hockey pitch in the traditional rugby venue.
The ATP and Emirates have renewed their partnership for an additional five years, which will begin in 2021.
The airline has been involved with the ATP since 2013, and as part of the deal will continue to receive on-court net branding at 60 tournaments. In 2018, the ATP says its tournaments delivered Emirates brand exposure to a cumulative audience in excess of 1 billion.
Online learning and coaching platform MiMentor has announced Shaun Wright-Phillips as its first ever global ambassador.
Owned by the Mitre Group, the training platform was designed by coaching, sports science and educational experts and has been active in the sector since 1992, working with brands including Premier League clubs.
The MiMentor portal hosts webinar and live-stream features where users can engage with experts directly through the platform.
Saracens have confirmed that they will not contest the 35 point deduction and £5.36m fine handed out for breaching Premiership Rugby’s salary cap rules.
The decision has been welcomed by Premiership Rugby.
