The Ladies European Tour (LET) has announced a new partnership with Spanish golf resort La Manga, which will host the Ladies European Tour Qualifying School 2020 in January.
The partnership will see La Manga host the event and offer luxury on-site accomodation – which boasts a hotel, three golf courses and a wellness centre – to all competitors.
La Manga has played host to four previous editions of the LET’s Qualifying school from 2008 – 2011. Winners gain a place on the 2020 edition of the tour.
Vitality has announced former England Netball head coach Tracey Neville as the health and life insurance company’s new brand ambassador.
Neville, who stood down from her role as Roses head coach after the World Cup in July 2019, will join the likes of Jessica Ennis-Hill, Ellie Simmonds, Maro Itoje and Jonny WIlkinson as ambassadors for the brand.
Adidas and Prada have announced a new trainer and sailing shoe collaboration, to debut in December 2019.
The German sportswear brand teased a collaboration between the two on social media with an image of an adidas shoe box inside a Prada bag. Prada then said the brands would work together to “investigate the realms of heritage, technology and innovation.”
Change robe producer dryrobe has announced a new partnership with British Canoeing to support elite athletes and promote paddle sports at all levels of the pyramid.
Podium performance athletes with British Canoeing will receive bespoke dryrobes to use in training and in competition, while the partnership will also see a limited edition design made available to the public.
