Motorsport Network has partnered with licensing company Difuzed BV to launch a new clothing line and business division: Motorsport Collection BV.
The joint venture will see the launch of an apparel, accessories and headwear line, the first of which will be launched at Motorsport Network’s online marketplace ASI Connect in March.
Difuzed BV brings its knowledge of fashion and lifestyle to the new Motorsport Network division with design-led product development. It currently boasts a roster of brand partners including Marvel, Disney, Playstation, Xbox and Nintendo, as well as Zara owner Inditex and H&M.
Veloce has announced two new hires across its racing and esports teams.
Former Motorsport Network Partnership Development Director, Guido Hakkenberg, has joined Veloce Esports as Head of Partnerships, while former Formula One Management Global Partnerships DIrector James Robinson will become a Commercial Consultant at Veloce Racing.
British Canoeing has appointed England Squash CEO Keir Worth to a newly-created role, Director of Paddlesport, which will operate as a member of the NGB’s Senior Management Team, leading its World Class Programme, England Talent Programme and Events team.
Worth will join British Canoeing from England Squash, where he led the organisation since taking up the role in 2014, steering it through a time of significant change, including the development of a new strategy, restructure, and rebrand.
Before serving as CEO, Worth was previously a High Performance Coach and Head of Coaching and Performance at England Squash, before becoming Performance Director for British Shooting.
He will begin his new role in mid-May
The John West Great Swim Series has announced WaterAid as its official 2021 Charity Partner.
The news sees the international charity, which supports communities around the world to gain access to clean water and good sanitation, team up with the series of open water swimming events to boost their fundraising this summer.
The Series includes the UK’s biggest open water swimming events, the Great North Swim in the Lake District National Park and the Great East Swim in Suffolk. The events attract more than 12,000 swimmers and more than 40,000 supporters.
