Red Bull Racing has announced tech wellness brand Therabody as its Official Recovery Partner.
The move marks the latest deal struck by the brand, which has recently partnered with the likes of Manchester City and Arsenal. It has also unveiled a series of well-known investors such as footballers Trent Alexander-Arnold and Marcus Rashford, and rugby player Maro Itoje.
At each race of the 2021 season, Red Bull drivers Max Verstappen and Sergio Perez, as well as the pit crew, will have access to a range of Therabody’s Bluetooth-enabled, percussive therapy devices that will be used to help optimise warm-up and recovery to ensure that they are in the best possible condition ahead of each session.
Thomas Bach has been re-elected unopposed to serve an additional four-year term as President of the IOC.

The RFL has confirmed that the Betfred Women’s Super League will return in April after almost 18 months away.
10 teams will take part in the competition, which has not been played since 2019 because of the coronavirus pandemic. It was originally launched in 2017 as a four-team competition, and the 2021 edition will now see 10 teams compete to appear in the Grand Final, set for Sunday 10th October 2021.
Meanwhile, the Women’s Championship and League 1 will return alongside grassroots Rugby League, with training due to commence from Monday 29th March.

Specialising in the development and production of live, premium global sports events such as Formula E and Extreme E, Aurora Media Worldwide creates international live broadcasts, which are distributed around the world.
The partnership with the WCAR’s announcement that it had agreed an exclusive 15-year partnership with FAI, the World Air Sports Federation, to stage an international series of air race festivals commencing in 2022.
