The 2023 UCI Cycling World Championships has appointed three new Directors as it builds up to the tournament, set to take place in Glasgow in August of that year.
Former British Cycling pair Phil Heselwood and Jonathan Rigby will become the organising committee’s Director of Sport and Director of Commercial respectively, while former 2019 UCI Road World Championships Head of Operations Kate Steven will become Director of Operations for the upcoming competition.
All three will report directly to the Championships’ newly-appointed CEO, Trudy Lindblade.
The NFL saw an all-black team of officials take to the field to oversee a match for the first time in the competition’s history.

Josie Green, the captain of Barclays FA Women’s Super League side Tottenham Hotspur Women has joined talent management agency Tongue Tied Management.
Green joined Spurs in 2016 and is capped at International level by Wales. She joins the likes of former Manchester United midfielder Michael Carrick, BT Sport pundit Rachel Brown Finnis and Arsenal defender Leah Williamson at the agency.
Warwickshire CCC has announced that its playing shirt for next season’s Royal London One-Day Cup will feature the name of each of the club’s members who donated their 2020 annual subscription.
