Ipswich Town has extended its training kit partnership with Mediterranean Shipping Company (MSC) as the club nears promotion to the Premier League.
Since partnering with the Tractor Boys in 2022, the deal was renewed for three more years ahead of the current 2023/24 season.
Through the latest extension, which runs until the end of the 2026/27 campaign, shipping and logistics firm MSC UK will continue to sponsor the club’s training apparel and beach wear, as well as the ITFC Girls’ Academy Elite Training Centre.
Currently placed second in the EFL Championship table on 93 points, Ipswich are on the cusp of securing promotion to the English top-flight, which would end a 22-year hiatus.
One of the largest employers in Suffolk, more than 850 employees work as MSC UK’s headquarters in Ipswich.
Dan Everitt, Managing Director at MSC, commented, “Our partnership with Ipswich Town has gone from strength to strength, much like the fantastic team performances on the pitch.”
“As a global company with a UK head office based in Ipswich, we are incredibly proud to be extending our relationship with the club and our local community.”
