ITN Productions has extended its partnership with the International Cricket Council (ICC) to provide digital clip production services to clip licensees for the ICC Women’s Cricket World Cup.

Following the integration for the ICC Champions Trophy 2017, players and key moments will be showcased in a variety of ways, from individual clips of in-match content to curated packages and highlights clips. Match content will be repurposed, with editors reacting as matches unfold and focussing on clips with viral potential.

ITN Productions will work in partnership with the ICC and their suppliers and licensees to deliver fast-turnaround content.

Aarti Singh Dabas, head of media rights, broadcast & digital at ICC, said: “In extending our agreement with ITN Productions as clip production provider, the ICC continues to supply world-class resources to support and build long-term partnerships with global clip licensees. ITN Productions’ experience and expertise within high-pressure sporting environments lends itself perfectly to the ICC Women’s World Cup to ensure high-quality output during every match.”

Raj Mannick, head of sport and digital at ITN Productions added: “We’re delighted to be working with ICC to help bring their digital content to life. ITN Productions is well positioned to keep leading sports federations ahead of the game as their media strategies evolve.”
