Jamie Redknapp has launched a new football talent management agency, M+C Saatchi Football, in partnership with global talent agency M&C Saatchi.
The new venture is co-founded by Redknapp, his long-term management company M+C Saatchi Talent Group, and sports lawyer Udo Onwere of London law firm Bray & Krais. The agency aims to redefine player representation by focusing on the person behind the player and representing them beyond the pitch.
It will specialise in end-to-end management for football talent, providing on and off-field representation, strategic career building, legal guidance, and personal mentorship from its founders.
M+C Saatchi Football has already signed a roster of young talent, including Reggie Walsh and Dante Waite of Chelsea, Fulham’s Nazim Benchaita, Maalik Hashi of Arsenal, and Crystal Palace’s Donte Martin.
Jamie Redknapp said, “I’ve worked with M+C Saatchi Talent for 20 years, so I know how much care and commitment they put into everything. Football’s given me a lot, and now I’m looking forward to giving something back – helping young players find their way with the right support from the start.”
Katie Lydon, Managing Director of Broadcast and Football, M+C Saatchi Talent Group, said, “M+C Saatchi Talent has always been about representing excellence and shaping careers with purpose. Partnering with Jamie to launch our football division is not only a testament to our longstanding relationship but also to our shared vision and values.
“He brings not just credibility and experience, but a genuine passion for mentorship. We’re committed to guiding the next wave of footballing talent with integrity, ambition, and providing a unique offering of career management.”
