Joshua Kicks-off Live Made To Move Sessions
IBF Heavyweight World Champion boxer, Anthony Joshua will kick-off Lucozade Sport’s Made to Move live sessions at 10:00am on 22nd October from a PureGym in the UK.
The series of streamed workout classes will be hosted by a range of sport and fitness ambassadors, with Joshua getting the sessions underway.
The location of the session won’t be disclosed until the day itself and will be available online as he takes participants through a bodyweight workout.
Made to Move was launched with a TV advert named the ‘Orchestra of Movement’ during the Paralympics on Channel 4 and has been designed to with a target to get one million people to move more by 2020.
Joshua was also part of the launch campaign for Made to Move and took 300 people through their paces on a run around Hampstead Heath.
