During the coronavirus lockdown, the LFC Foundation has been reaching out to fans who are part of at-risk groups self-isolating and shielding at home.
Along with the club’s charity, manager Jurgen Klopp phoned-up three supporters isolating for a variety of reasons to check up on their progress in lockdown and spend some time chatting.
As part of LFC Connect – an initiative launched by the club in March as it aimed to ease the social isolation caused by the lockdown – Klopp reached out to Brett Duffy, Darren Smyth and Noah Smallwood, speaking to them on video calls from his home.
