Anti-discrimination charity Kick It Out has appointed Ten Toes to lead its digital communications strategy ahead of a new five-year plan.
The partnership will see Ten Toes conduct a full audit of Kick It Out’s current digital communications, benchmarking performance and analysing audience behaviours to identify opportunities for growth.
Following the audit, the agency will develop and deliver a new communications strategy to help launch the charity’s new five-year plan this September.
The appointment comes as Kick It Out looks to deepen its connection with fans, clubs and governing bodies, reach new audiences, and amplify its mission to fight discrimination on and off the pitch.

Maddie Coutts, Business Growth Director at Ten Toes, said, “Kick It Out is one of the most important and respected organisations in football, and to be supporting their next chapter is a huge honour for everyone at Ten Toes.
“We’re big believers in the power of sport to drive social change. Whether it’s campaigning for online safety, amplifying their five-year vision, or reaching new communities, we’re proud to play a role in building a more inclusive game with Kick It Out – and excited to bring our strategic and creative expertise to the table.”
Samuel Okafor, CEO at Kick It Out, said, “We’ve been tackling discrimination for over 30 years and, as we launch our new five-year strategy, we want to unite football to make it more welcoming and inclusive so that everyone can be inspired to reach their goals.
“We knew we needed a partner that understood the power of sport, the importance of purpose, and how to cut through a social media feed. That’s why we’re delighted to be working with Ten Toes.”
