Premiership rugby union club Leicester Tigers has announced an extension of its partnerships with IMA Architects and Actiph.

IMA Architects, a Leicester-based architectural firm that first partnered with Tigers in 2020, has renewed its links to the company’s local rugby club. The length and value of the extensions has not been disclosed.

Mark Davies, Head of Business Development at Leicester Tigers, said, “We’re delighted to extend our partnership with IMA Architects. IMA Architects joined as a partner for the 2021/22 title-winning season and have enjoyed the benefits of the partnership from hosting at home games to digital advertising opportunities.

“We thank everyone at IMA Architects for their continued support of Leicester Tigers.”

Ian McCann, Managing Director at IMA Architects, added, “IMA are thrilled to be continuing their sponsorship to Leicester Tigers following a fantastic season and we are proud to have been part of the journey to becoming Premiership champions last season.

“The club’s ethics resonate fully with IMA’s beliefs and we wish the team another great season and success for 2022/23.”

Leicester Tigers has also confirmed the renewal of its deal with alkaline ionised water brand Actiph ahead of the new season.

As associate partners, Actiph has extended its relationship with Tigers after joining forces for the first time during the 2020/21 season.

Barnaby Hughes, Chief Marketing Officer at Actiph, said, “Tigers’ return to the top of the Premiership last season is a testament to the work put in by the entire Tigers Family and to the club’s dedication to excellence both on and off the field. Actiph Water exists to help its customers achieve the same levels of excellence in all aspects of their lives, by providing excellence in hydration.

“As a result, we have been immensely proud to support the team over the last two seasons and are thrilled to continue that support in the 2022/23 season.”

Davies said, “We’re looking forward to continuing our relationship with Actiph after a successful 2021/22 campaign with them. Their alkaline ionised water has enabled our players to stay hydrated when performing at their peak throughout last season and it’s exciting to be able to take them with us into the 2022/23 season.”
