Beyond Sport and Legal & General have announced the first Not A Red Card Foruman event focussed on how to raise awareness, educate, and implement programmes that make the workplace safe to talk about mental health.

The forum will take place at Twickenham Stadium on Thursday 19th October and will bring together the worlds of business and sport to share techniques that can boost the mental wellbeing, engagement and performance of individuals and teams.

Attendees will have a chance to hear from sporting legends, health experts, and industry leaders – including strategist and author Alastair Campbell, Baroness Tanni Grey-Thompson, L&G CEO Nigel Wilson, Bupa’s Beth Robotham, TV presenter Gabby Logan and Adam Spreadbury, co-chair of the Mental Health Network at the Bank of England, amongst others.

The aim is to bring together employers and employees alike, along with sporting legends, health experts, and industry leaders to discuss how to raise awareness, educate, and implement programmes that make the workplace safe to talk about mental health.

The event itself is part of Legal & General’s Not a Red Card’ campaign that has been using sporting messages, values and talent to help employees and employers understand the support available to address mental health issues in their place of work.

With only a few places left on the guest list, register interest for the event today by emailing sophie@benchmarksport.com.
