Lg Signs Cosworth Engine F1 Deal

LG Electronics has increased its ties with Formula 1 by partnering with engine supplier Cosworth.

LG will become the official consumer electrics partner of Cosworth and will supply the engine manufacturer with equipment such as HD TV units with Digital Tuners, HD/DVD recorders, HD Projectors and laptops to be used at races.

Cosworth is set to support four teams for the 2010 championship and is returning to the sport after a four year absence.

LG is already a global partner and a technology partner of F1 and this builds its relationship with the sport even further.
