Limelight Sports To Host London Duathlon
Limelight Sports will host the London Duathlon in Richmond Park until 2018 after being awarded the contract.
The run-bike-run race, the largest event of its kind, offers athletes of all abilities the chance to race through Richmond Park.
Richmond Park has hosted a number of sporting events, including the London 2012 Olympic Road Race.
Diccon Loy, commercial director at Limelight Sport, revealed there will also be new and exciting features added to the event for 2016 and commented: “We are very excited about the future of the event and where we are planning to take it into the future.”
The 2016 race is scheduled to take place on Sunday 18th September.
London Duathlon was shortlisted for the Participation Event of the Year Award at the BT Sport Industry Awards 2015.
