Following a global tender process, Little Dot Studios has been retained for a further two seasons by Formula E as their digital partner agency, with its role expanding to include social media management across all platforms.
Little Dot Studios has been Formula E’s digital partner since 2015 during which time it developed and produced Formula E’s, ‘Leap Of Faith’. Little Dot will work alongside newly appointed Influencer agency GOAT; PR agency CSM; and Iris Worldwide, who will provide brand consultancy and social lifestyle content.
Season four began in early December in Hong Kong and during the same week, Formula E released the Little Dot Studios produced race between a cheetah and a Formula E car, which gained more than 35 million views across platforms. A half hour documentary about the race launches this week.
Andy Taylor, CEO of Little Dot Studios, said: “We’re very happy to extend our relationship with Formula E for a further two years. Formula E continues to demonstrate extraordinary ambition and innovation and being part of their journey has been a privilege.”
Renato Bisignani, director of communications at Formula E said: “We want our social channels to be an entertaining destination for our fans and Little Dot Studios are a crucial partner in helping us shape our digital identity around this principle. Our aim is to serve a young, mass market audience in a digital age with the content they want, when they want it, on the devices and platforms they like to use so we’re delighted to be working again with Little Dot and extend their scope of work across all major platforms. This ongoing partnership is great news for both companies, but far more importantly it will allow more fans to access more Formula E action, and in more ways than ever before.”
