Lucozade Powerleague has launched a quick-fire 24 hour public vote to find their goal of the summer – the Budweiser #summerscorcher – following a season-long campaign run across the UK.
Over 6,000 teams have taken part in the competition with the best 10 goals up for a public vote at the brand’s Facebook page.

The campaign is supported by both Budweiser and The FA’s Small Sided Football Development Fund.
Lucozade Powerleague’s unique leveraging of social media also saw them nominated for ‘Best Use of Social Media’, sponsored by Sportlobster, at the BT Sport Industry Awards 2014 in May.
Lucozade Powerleague is the major operator of small sided football across the UK with 46 football centres and over 8 million customer visits each year.
