Lucozade Sport expanded its Made To Move campaign this week, with over half a million people joining a live streamed, online workout.

The workout was led by fitness blogger Emily Skye, and follows IBF heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua‘s live bodyweight session last month.

On Monday gym goers at a Manchester Pure Gym, were led by Emily through one of her living-room workouts, which aim to increase core strength and wellbeing.

Thousands of others who signed up to be part of the session also took part in live classes in 57 Pure Gyms nationwide, where the session was streamed live.

Emily and Anthony’s recent sessions rounded off the Made to Move Sessions for 2016 that also saw Victoria and Tally from Girl Gains and celebrity trainer Bradley Simmonds take HIIT sessions.

The Made To Move Sessions have been designed to get one million people moving more by 2020 and the fourth session took the total up to 670,000.

Emily Skye said of the session: “Monday’s Made to Move Session was such a fantastic introduction to the campaign. I loved every second of it – the enthusiasm from my class along with the thousands streaming it online was incredible. It’s amazing that so many people are having the opportunity to move and be active. Campaigns like Made To Move are perfect platforms to give everyone the access and knowledge they need to be fit and healthy.”
