Lucozade Sport Launches New Ad??

Lucozade Sport has launched a new advert featuring Brit Award winner Tinie Tempah and Irish World Champion boxer Katie Taylor.? ?

The advertisement, which also includes Blink 182 drummer Travis Barker, shows Taylor captured in a dark underground venue where she performs an energetic display to the beat of a special version of Tinie’s ‘Simply Unstoppable’.? ?

The ad starts a new direction for the sports and energy drinks brand and will see a new YES slogan used for the first time.?

?Suzy Smith, marketing director for Lucozade said: ‘Lucozade is a brand that physically creates energy through its products. This advert is designed to inspire people to channel that energy and create YES moments – those times when everything clicks and great things happen’.? ?

Lucozade have combined Tempah’s music with inspirational athletes and through their partnership with GB Boxing, hope to encourage young people to get off the streets and into their local boxing clubs.?

?GB Boxing’s commercial director Andy Dawson said: ‘We are so happy to have a brand like Lucozade Sport supporting our boxers. The year ahead is a very exciting one for us and it’s great to see Lucozade going in a new direction and helping us grow boxing at the elite and grassroots level’.? ?

Television viewers will see the advert during the Champions League quarterfinal between Manchester United and Chelsea on 12th April, before it’s rolled out across radio and digital channels.? ?

YES will also feature at this year’s Virgin London Marathon on 17th April.
