luis Diaz Scores New Commercial Representation
Liverpool FC and Colombia international footballer Luis Diaz has appointed London-based NVA SEG to manage his off-field commercial activities.
Management, PR consultancy and sports agency NVA SEG is led by experienced agent Chris Nathaniel. The agency operates internationally, and has represented clients that include Rio Ferdinand, Usain Bolt and Deontay Wilder.
Diaz, who joined Liverpool from Porto on a five-year deal in January 2022, is currently closing in on a return from a long-term injury.
Diaz, commented, “When I joined Liverpool, I knew I needed the best people around me. Chris and the team at NVA SEG are exactly that and I am so excited to be joining them.
“Football has given me so much and now I want to use my position to support people that need me in Liverpool, Columbia and around the world. NVA SEG are the best people to help me do that.”
Nathaniel, added, “Luis has the most inspiring backstory I have ever heard. To come from where he has and be playing for one of the biggest clubs in the world is simply incredible.
People have seen his talent on the pitch but the man behind the footballer is equally impressive. I can’t wait for more people to get to know Luis and to help bring to life his ambitious global plans.”
Although based in the UK, NVA SEG and Diaz plan to travel to the Middle East this summer ‘as part of ongoing work with a number of charities and coaching schools in the region.’
