Magners Renews Wasps Sponsorship Deal

Magners Irish Cider has renewed its shirt sponsorship deal with rugby union side
London Wasps for a further two years taking the association through until May
2009.

The sponsorship, which began in 2005 to coincide with the launch of the brand
in London, has seen Magners run a number of successful marketing initiatives to
leverage the association and build loyalty with Wasps fans.

The renewal of the deal will continue this development of Magners existing
involvement in rugby which also incorporates the brand being main sponsor of
Edinburgh Rugby and also the inaugural title sponsor of the Magners League.
