Premier League club Manchester City has cut ticket prices for the home leg of its UEFA Cup quarter-final against Hamburg on 16th April.
City has averaged 43,000 in the Premier League this season but has failed to attract more than 26,000 during their European campaign.
Tickets will be £5 if bought within five days of going on sale this Wednesday and children can watch for £1.
‘These prices are our way of saying thank you to all our supporters,’ said executive chairman Garry Cook.
‘It’s been a long time since we were in a position to perhaps win silverware and we want to make this game accessible to all.’
