Manchester City FC and principal partner, Etihad Airways have launched Global City, a football-inspired, digitally-led video series focusing on some of City’s most passionate and loyal fans from around the world.
2003 Rugby World Cup winner and lifelong City fan, Will Greenwood will host Global City, travelling on Etihad Airways around the world to reveal the power of football through the eyes of Manchester City supporters. The five-part video series will visit Manchester City, Abu Dhabi, Jakarta, Melbourne and New York.
Greenwood will meet super fans in each city, uncovering entertaining and inspiring stories about their support for Manchester City, all while celebrating the unifying power of the beautiful game and the global football fan culture.
The content will be available across Manchester City and Etihad’s digital and social media channels, as well as on-board Etihad flights on their award winning E-Box inflight entertainment system.
