Manchester City Football Club has announced a new partnership with Paddy Power as its Official UK Betting Partner, in a deal that will see the bookmaker and the title contenders collaborate across a wide range of commercial activities.
As part of the deal – running until the end of the 2012/2013 season – Paddy Power will offer their range of betting products to Blues fans via the Manchester City website (www.mcfc.co.uk) and also a specially created City microsite.
Paddy Power pioneered the concept on the football “Money-Back Special”, which frequently results in losing bets being refunded to their customers.
This was the case with last year’s Champions League final, resulting in a record breaking refund of over £2m to Paddy Power customers.
