Saracens has renewed its shirt sponsorship deal with financial services firm Man
Group who will continue as the rugby union club’s primary commercial partner for
a further three years.
The tie-up between Saracens and Man Group has been in place since the start
of the 2004/05 season, not only as the main sponsor of the club but also through
a host of community programmes.
The new deal will see Man continue until 2010 by which time it would have
enjoyed a six-year association with Saracens. The new three-year deal Man has
signed with the Guinness Premiership club is worth in excess of seven figures.
In addition, to its shirt sponsorship, Man Group is a supporter of the
Saracens Academy and the Man Group plc Charitable Trust is also a supporter of
the work of the Saracens Foundation and its Sport for Health Programme which
uses sport to tackle broader health issues such as obesity and bullying.
