Champion jockey AP McCoy OBE has secured a new endorsement deal with Albert Bartlett for the 2012/13 National Hunt season. AP’s breeches will be sponsored by the grower and supplier of potatoes, who are also a key sponsor of the Cheltenham festival.

AP will sport his new logo in time for the Paddy Power Gold Cup later this month at Cheltenham.

AP McCoy said: ‘I am delighted to be associated with Albert Bartlett, a company that has supported and sponsored racing in the UK for many years. The Managing Director Ronnie Bartlett is not only a successful businessman and owner of several past Cheltenham Festival winners, but he is also a personal friend. It is a privilege to be representing his company.’

John Heginbottom, sales & marketing director at Albert Bartlett added: ‘We are delighted to be working with AP McCoy. He continues to set new records and we look forward to partnering him on his journey towards 4,000 winners.’
