McLaren Racing has secured a multi-year partnership with Greene Tweed, covering both its Formula 1 and IndyCar teams.

Through the new agreement, the advanced materials and high-performance components manufacturer will support the design and productin of materials throughout the season.

The agreement includes on-car branding for both the McLaren Formula 1 team, and the Arrow IndyCar outfit, and will see the two parties collaborate on sessions focused on developing new innovations.

After clinching their first Constructors’ Championship last season since 1998, McLaren will start their title defence when Formula 1 returns to action at next month’s Australian Grand Prix in Melbourne.

McLaren’s latest partnership follows recent extensions with Alteryx, Medallia, Salesforce, Smartsheet, and Stanley Black & Decker, which were announced earlier this week.

“It’s fantastic to welcome Greene Tweed to the McLaren Racing family,” said Zak Brown, CEO at McLaren Racing.

“Their expertise in delivering innovative and resilient solutions to complex challenges strongly aligns with our continued pursuit of high-performance and marginal gains.”

Allon Bloch, Chairman at Greene Tweed, added, “Both companies know how to continually push for new levels of performance and reliability, and we are excited to take that to the next level together.”

“This partnership marks an exciting new chapter for McLaren and Greene Tweed’s ongoing collaboration, which has seen Greene Tweed act as a supplier of advanced material solutions to the team for the last four years.”
