Alex Thomson Racing has announced that Mercedes-Benz has joined Hugo Boss as a core sponsor of the team’s IMOCA 60 Ocean Masters race campaign.
The announcement, which took place at the world premiere of the Mercedes-Benz GLC in Metzingen on Wednesday, brings the global automotive company into the offshore sailing world ahead of the launch of Alex Thomson’s new racing yacht later this summer.
