BetVictor has announced the signing of former England football international Michael Owen as a brand ambassador on a three-year deal with immediate effect, with the striker contributing preview columns and tweets on the brand’s website.
The former Liverpool, Real Madrid, Newcastle and Manchester United player will kick off his partnership with his first column to go live at BetVictor.com on Monday 10th February, with tweets from @BetVictor at the same time, as he previews the full programme of midweek Premier League fixtures, including the visit of one of his former clubs Manchester United to the Emirates in a vital game for both sides.
Owen, who also has a similar ambassadorial role for the QIPCO British Champions Series, now works with the commentary team on BT Sport.
