Miroma Group Seals Miroma Set Takeover

The Miroma Group, the global marketing services group, has completed the acquisition of Miroma SET, formerly known as Reach4entertainment.

The acquisition sees the Miroma Group incorporate the sports, entertainment, and technology marketing company under its umbrella and enhance its end-to-end marketing platform.

The combined business will house 600 employees working across 14 markets, including offices in London, New York and Singapore. Miroma SET’s clients have included Live Nation, IMG, and Apple TV+.

The Miroma Group previously acquired a 20% stake in the agency back in June 2021.

Marc Boyan, Founder of The Miroma Group, Miroma Ventures and Miroma SET, said, “I am extremely proud of the work we have done at Miroma SET to create an entertainment and tech powerhouse where customer engagement sits at the heart of the offering.

“Bringing it into The Miroma Group will enable us to better serve Miroma SET’s clients with learnings and best practice from across all our operations.”

Lord Grade, Miroma SET’s Chairman, will also become a member of the group’s advisory board.

Lord Grade said, “During the height of the pandemic, Marc oversaw the digital transformation of Miroma SET, bringing to bear expertise garnered through the roll out of the Miroma Group. 

“Now the time is right for us to join the Miroma Group and work more closely with Marc and his team to achieve our broader growth ambitions.”
