Major League Baseball has announced Zoom Workplace as the presenting partner of the 2024 MLB London Series.

The two-game series between the New York Mets and the Philadelphia Phillies is set to take place on 8th and 9th June 2024 at the London Stadium, marking the MLB’s third series played in the English capital.

As per the agreement, Zoom will benefit from branding on the batting helmets of each club, TV-visible signage, integrations in national broadcasts and signage throughout the interior and exterior of 62,500-capacity London Stadium.

Zoom first partnered with MLB ahead of the 2023 season with a multi-year, global sponsorship agreement that established the brand as the presenting partner of league-wide replay reviews.

The new expanded partnership will focus on Zoom’s promotion of the newly launched Zoom Workplace, Zoom’s AI-powered collaboration platform.

The Zoom Workplace logo will be embedded into all activation and advertising assets surrounding the landmark games in London, and also feature throughout all ancillary events leading up to the weekend series.

Ben Torres Ezrick, Head of Brand Marketing at Zoom, said, “Zoom is honoured to be the presenting partner of the 2024 London Series. We share a passion with MLB for bringing people together and fostering connection – whether that is through the love of baseball or boosting teamwork and collaboration with Zoom Workplace.

“We look forward to the rest of the 2024 MLB season and are excited to see the growth of our partnership.”

Uzma Rawn, MLB Senior Vice President, Global Corporate Partnerships, added, “Baseball has always enjoyed a global following but MLB has experienced tremendous growth in our international popularity thanks to our grassroots efforts and strategically increased number of series played abroad.

“This important commitment to the London Series from Zoom shows the value that our international events hold and how much they continue to grow.”
