Molson Coors has signed a four-year partnership with the Football Association to become the official beer supplier to St George’s Park, the FA’s national training centre.
The deal means that the brewer, which has its UK headquarters near the venue in Burton, will offer brands such as Carling at St George’s Park.
The national football centre opened in late 2012 as the training base of all of England’s national football teams and the home of the FA’s coach development programme.
St George’s Park managing director Julie Harrington said: ‘The announcement of Carling as our latest sponsor is brilliant news for St George’s Park. They bring with them a wealth of experience in working with the local area and are already a leading brewer in not just the region, but also this country.’
