Mongoose Sports & Entertainment has announced the appointment of former GreenRoom Design Managing Partner Catherine Lucas to its newly-created role of Director, Brand Experience.
Mongoose says the new role will complement the communications and commercial divisions with the launch of a new ‘Mongoose Create’ offering, led by Lucas.
The new proposition aims to provide creative design, develop interactive content, digital immersive experiences and experiential events in both the virtual and live spheres. It will also seek to create new opportunities for consumers and fans to interact with brands.
“We are delighted to have Catherine join the team. Her experience will be invaluable having led an agency working on global campaigns for brands such as Puma, Timberland, Asics and Bose,” said Chris O’Donoghue, CEO, Mongoose.
“As well as this, Catherine has spearheaded first-to-market, award-winning brand experience initiatives for Mercedes-Benz and Burberry and has developed and delivered omni-channel campaigns in over 70 markets which will be critical to our international development”.

According to the agency, the move comes in response to its 2020 growth, which saw the addition of new clients including Simplyhealth, Lastminute.com, and Harlequins.
