The Team INEOS cycling outfit has named Fran Millar as its new Chief Executive, while Natalie Justice-Dearn has taken up a similar role at Rounders England.

Millar has been part of the newly-named Team INEOS since the launch of the team 10 years ago and previously served as Director of Business Operations.

Chemicals giant INEOS was confirmed as the new name of the outfit formerly known as Team Sky back in March. The new agreement came into effect from 1st May.

Millar will primarily have responsibility for leading the development of Team INEOS’ operational and governance systems alongside the team’s business and engagement strategies. Team Principal Sir Dave Brailsford confirmed that he would continue in his role under the team’s new guise.

Justice-Dearn, meanwhile, has joined Rounders England from British Triathlon, where she served as Director of Development for four years. She will replace Alison Howard, who had served as Chief Executive of Rounders England for 10 years.

Justice-Dearn developed the successful Breeze women’s cycling programme at British Cycling and recently implemented the GO-Tri programme for British Triathlon, which provides flexible opportunities for people to get into triathlon and its component sports.

Rounders England is midway through its current strategy and appointed Katherine Knight as its new Chair in January.
