NFL names Samsung as TV partner in UK and Ireland
The NFL has revealed Samsung Electronics UK as the league’s TV partner in the UK and Ireland for the 2024 season.
The deal will include experiential activations around the three NFL London Games in October, as well as brand promotion across the league’s social and digital platforms.
The partnership will also see the launch of a weekly highlight series, titled the 8K Rewind.
Samsung has additionally partnered with DAZN to offer free one-week subscriptions to NFL Game Pass to customers who purchase Samsung TVs.
Through the regional agreement, Samsung will aim to engage the NFL’s fanbase of more than 16.7m across the UK and Ireland.
Next month, the New York Jets will face the Minnesota Vikings at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on 6th October, before the Jacksonville Jaguars take on the Chicago Bears at the same venue on 13th October.
The following week, the Jacksonville Jaguars will return to Wembley Stadium for their 12th game in London to host the New England Patriots on 20th October.
