Gallagher Premiership rugby union club Northampton Saints has announced the extension of the club’s partnerships with Three Shires Hospital and The Private Dental Centre.
The first renewal with Three Shires Hospital, will see the local hospital continue to support the Saints until the end of the 2024/25 campaign. It initially became the Saints’ official hospital services provider during the first half of the 2021/22 season.
Under terms of the agreement, the club’s first-team squad will have access to healthcare services including MRI, X-Ray, Ultra-Sound and out-patient Procedures.
Matt Lee, Head of Medical at Northampton Saints, commented, “The partnership with Three Shires Hospital is incredibly important for the club. Our players will continue to receive first-class treatment.”
Oliver Doyle, Executive Director at Three Shires Hospital, added “After a successful first season of the partnership, we are looking forward to continuing as part of the club for the coming seasons.
“Like Saints, we are committed to contributing to the local community – while the club are dedicated to delivering top-class performances on the pitch, we are dedicated to delivering the best healthcare service possible off it.”
Another extension has been secured with The Private Dental Centre. Having supported Saints’ first team with dental treatments since 2017, the Northampton-based dental clinic has signed another multi-year partnership with the club,
Lee commented, “The team have always been looked after extremely well at The Private Dental Centre over the years, and we’ve developed a great relationship with the team which we are looking forward to continuing over the coming seasons.”
