Norwich Adds Two Circles In Multi-year Deal

Premier League side, Norwich City FC has appointed Two Circles in a multi-year deal to help the club enhance fan engagement and increase commercial performance, including the club’s digital assets.

Norwich will be working with Two Circles to develop commercial opportunities, with the sports marketing agency assisting Norwich engage with its fans by building and implementing tools to analyse and enhance methods of fan engagement.

With a local fanbase the club will look to improve the way it engages with its fans on all levels with marketing led by customer insight.

Ed Guichard, head of marketing at Norwich City, said: “Our partnership with Two Circles is already providing valuable intelligence to enable us to sharpen our marketing. To truly know our fans and personalise how we engage with them are vital ingredients of our data-driven marketing strategy, and we are certain that this will ultimately enable us to achieve our ambitious commercial goals.”
