Nova International is seeking new partners to help deliver its target of helping one million people to be active in running every year through their ‘Great Run’ brand.
Nova Chairman Brendan Foster recently outlined the company ambition to see one million people taking part in Great Run activity every year by 2020, last year over 200,000 adults took part in Nova’s ‘Great Run Series’ of mass participation events.
Nicky Homes, commercial director at Nova International said: ‘Nova has an ambition to get one million people active in running every year by 2020 with the ‘Great Run’ brand. For the first time in over 20 years we are out of a period of exclusivity with Bupa and we are looking for new brands who want to help us in our mission.’
Nova International currently stage 12 ‘Great Run’ events annually in the UK. These are staged in many of the UK’s major cities including Glasgow, Newcastle, Portsmouth, London, Birmingham and Manchester.
Nova has recently announced new partnerships with Lucozade Sport and Virgin Trains.
