NSE (National Student Esports) has renewed its partnership with HoYoverse for a third consecutive year.

The deal, which runs throughout the 2024/25 academic year, will see NSE run challenges, activities and events as well as giving societies the ability to run their own Genshin Impact events, supported by NSE and HoYoverse.

Last year, 20 on-campus events took place where students hosted a range of events such as cosplay competitions, Genshin Impact quizzes, and boss battle speedruns.

NSE also previously ran the popular Marketplace Magic: Genshin Campus Celebration, a live in-person event in London for the entire Genshin Impact student community. This was comprised of the student cosplay competition finals, speedrun challenges, influencer meet-ups and lots more Genshin Impact fan activities.

NSE delivers a wide range of initiatives focussed on engaging student communities and growing societies. The new partnership will see more Genshin Impact in-person and online events delivered across the UK, supporting the growing sub-community of Genshin Impact fans in universities and beyond.

Alex Coulson, Managing Director at NSE, said, “We are excited to continue our partnership with HoYoverse for another consecutive year. We always work towards further elevating the university experience for UK students and another year of partnership will continue helping us work towards our goal. We can’t wait to see more of the student’s passion and creativity for their on-campus events this academic year.”

NSE continues to work with major publishers on their top titles including HoYoverse, Nintendo, Riot Games, and Ubisoft and boasts a partner roster that includes Intel, Monster Energy, Scan Computers, UNiDAYS, Pringles, SteelSeries and iiyama.
