England Rugby partner O2 has announced its latest phase of its Priority activation, launching a search to find England’s Ultimate Fan.
Launching Monday 16th June, O2 is inviting England Rugby supporters across the country to go head to head in a series of challenges to prove they are rugby’s most dedicated fan and win the ultimate prize.
Separated into two stages, fans will first have to make it through the qualifying rounds with a real-time rugby quiz. Held at 7pm each weekday from Monday 16th to Friday 20th June, fans following @O2Sports on Twitter will receive five questions released one per minute, as a quick fire test of knowledge and speed.
Five finalists will then undertake a series of challenges at the England Training Camp in Loughborough this August, alongside players from England’s Elite Player Squad.
Once confirmed, O2’s Ultimate Fan will join the England management as they line up to sing the national anthem at Twickenham Stadium during the 2014 QBE Internationals.
During the day, the winner will also receive an exclusive, behind the scenes tour of the stadium, and VIP match tickets to sit near to Stuart Lancaster and his team.
The winner will also have access in camp at Pennyhill Park, shadowing the England Performance Team as they put the players through their paces.

O2 Ultimate Fan, which will be announced in August, follows the launch of ‘Wear the Rose’ from O2, which uses new technology to give fans a virtual reality England Rugby experience.
