Old Speckled Hen To Sponsor Northants

Premium ale brand Old Speckled Hen has become the official shirt sponsor of Twenty20 cricket team, Northants Steelbacks.

The deal will see Old Speckled Hen receive significant branding around
the ground in Northampton during the Twenty20 Cup, when the team will
compete in the Mid/West Wales Division alongside 2007 tournament
runners-up Gloucestershire Gladiators.

Along with shirt branding, the agreement includes branding on
pitch-side boards that will be available at the ground throughout the
year.

Running for the 2009 season, the partnership reflects a commitment by
owners, Greene King Brewing Company, to invest and promote their brands
despite the more difficult economic climate.
